Ingredients

  • 1 kg Beef
  • 320 grams Onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 80 grams Coconut Flour
  • 6 Tablespoon Almond Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 cup Almond Milk
  • 8 Large Eggs
  • 340 grams Shredded Cheese
  • 100 grams Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 200C (400F)
  • Brown mince, onion with olive oil over medium heat
  • Layer the mince on the bottom of an oven safe container
  • Mix coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, almond milk and eggs in a bowl
  • Four flour/egg mixture over the mince
  • Add on top the cheese and tomatoes
  • Bake for 30 minutes (or until browned)
  • Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes
