Low Carb Beef Mince Pie
Ingredients
- 1 kg Beef
- 320 grams Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 80 grams Coconut Flour
- 6 Tablespoon Almond Flour
- 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 cup Almond Milk
- 8 Large Eggs
- 340 grams Shredded Cheese
- 100 grams Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 200C (400F)
- Brown mince, onion with olive oil over medium heat
- Layer the mince on the bottom of an oven safe container
- Mix coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, almond milk and eggs in a bowl
- Four flour/egg mixture over the mince
- Add on top the cheese and tomatoes
- Bake for 30 minutes (or until browned)
- Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes
